Goods are
only available for purchase for Australian Residents. All prices are shown in
Australian dollars. |
| Shipping Charges |
Different shipping charges apply to each product available for purchase
on-line and are detailed in the
"Shipping Charges" section at the bottom of each product page.
The shipping amount is not shown in the
Shopping Cart total when ordering. The shipping costs are
calculated at Checkout after you have entered your details and
delivery address but prior to any Credit Card or payment details being
entered. If additional shipping charges are applicable due to the
quantity, larger size or weight of your order, you will be advised by
email prior to the order being processed. |
| Delivery Time |
All products are guaranteed to be shipped to you within
four (4) weeks from the time of order although in most cases turn-around
would be less than two (2) weeks. |
| Refunds |
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you
simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Claims of
manufacturing faults or incorrect delivery will be honoured if a claim
is lodged within seven (7) days of delivery. Goods must be unused and
in new condition. Sorry we do not refund freight charges on delivery or
return of goods. |
| Cancellations |
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us
immediately. Once orders are processed there will be NO cancellations
accepted. |
| Goods Damaged or Lost in Transit |
Sunset Canvas takes all care with the packaging and
dispatch of your order, however we are not responsible for loss or
damage during transit. All goods are insured through the freight
company and freight can be tracked if you have not received your goods
in a reasonable timeframe. |
| Secure On-Line Credit Card Transactions |
We use a secure server to ensure that your details are
not intercepted while being transmitted across the internet. Your
details are in a secure environment immediately you initiate your
order. Once the order is on our server, it is protected from any
external viewing or downloading. When your order is processed, your
credit card details are erased and not retained in our data base
systems. |

Other Payment Methods |
Proceed as
normal through the 'Checkout' until you are asked 'Please Select a
Payment Method'.
for Cheques or Money Orders: Select
the 'Post a Cheque' or "Post a Money Order' option, print the order and
send with payment.
for Direct
Bank Deposit: Select Direct Bank Deposit and email advice of
deposit date and your Order Number.
for Manual
Credit Card Payments: Select "No Payment Required". Fax your
order together with your credit card details.
for Phone
Orders: Phone our office and we will manually process the order
and payment. Have your credit card details ready.
All details required such as address, fax number and bank account
details will be on the Order Confirmation page. |
